New hotel, good facilities, perfect water pressure, air conditioning, and furniture. No cheap plastics used. Wonderful spa and outdoor pool. Great location near a mall with excellent restaurants. Staff attentive to feedback.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff was helpful, especially Kseniya who always were really nice too assist me. The hotel facilities, including the pool and spa, were excellent. The breakfast was also delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. the location was convenient, as it was close to the city center and easily accessible.
Cannot find any fault.

Located in the suburb of Kyiv, City Holiday Resort & Spa offers a quiet retreat away from the bustling city center. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and the bathrooms are clean. The reception staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel boasts a large pool and spa facilities, perfect for relaxation. there is a supermarket and gas station nearby for convenience.
The breakfast leaves much to be desired with limited options and frequent shortages of food and drinks.

I had a good stay at a pretty new hotel in the suburbs. The room and hotel were clean and fresh, and the staff were polite and quick enough. I enjoyed the free guarded parking and the fast WIFI. The outdoor pool and playground were a nice touch, and I especially loved the tasty pancakes at breakfast.

This hotel provided luxurious amenities and fulfilled all of my exclusive needs. the service was exceptional and the Spa & wellness centre was of high quality. the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and steam bath were clean and well, maintained. the massage service was top, notch and the staff at the Spa lounge were attentive and friendly. the outdoor swimming pool was stunning and the sun terrace was a great place to relax. the restaurant provided delicious breakfast options and the in, room breakfast service was convenient.
all other facilities were in excellent condition.
